Earlier it is possible - only if you pay for a collection in the amount of AMD 5,000, you need to come to the nearest branch. When contacting the branch, they refused to help me at first, but after writing the claim, they called back and invited me to pay for the collection. After payment in 15(!!!!) in a few minutes, my card was ready to be issued at the head office (which is located on the outskirts of the city, it took 30 minutes by taxi). That is, I was just paying for the opportunity to pick up my card, which was chewed by their ATM (that is, it was the bank's mistake), and not the collection, and I lost a total of 2 hours and 9,000 drams on this story (5,000 to the bank and 4,000 by taxi). I do not recommend using it if you do not have 10 working days to wait for your card to be returned to the owner without refusals and additional charges.payments (or you do not have the opportunity not to return the card).
