I've been to the department twice, but during this time you start to feel all the hatred for you from every manager, security guard, employee. They talk to you like you're shit, they're rude, they're rude, they just hate you. At some point you start to think that this is because you are not Kazakh, but there is no desire to explain that you were born in Almaty.
They hate everyone because they have to work for you, and it's all slow.
At lunch, the department is empty, there is simply not a single manager because lunch, everyone gets up and leaves, and you took time off from work to get a card in time for lunch and sit, wait an hour until the managers deign to have lunch.
The most lame branch of the bank, although it seems to be the head office.
There is no desire to return there, only if it is very necessary.

I stopped by to make a MIR card for payment in Russia, I was a little surprised. This is not the Caspian Sea, the card will be issued only the next day after lunch. For online card transactions, you still need a paper application. In general, the bank is slightly behind the development of Kazakhstani banks. The worst bank in general. I arrived at 14:07, received a ticket with the number 545, a person with the number 536 was immediately called to window 5. The other windows did not seem to work, no one else was called. The time is 14:35, so far no one has been accepted, that is, one person who needs to open a card is served for almost 30 minutes. This is no good. Now I have to sit here for 3 hours to open a card or something??
Employees are barely alive, walking back and forth aimlessly. As if they have no desire to help as many customers as possible.
It is not clear on what principle the windows are accepted, there was a queue from 539, suddenly the number 311 was called in the same window.
