If you want to change euros, never ever go to this bank. The cashier SAFIA Cherniakova will make herself happy by torturing you without any reason but to please herself by refusing to accept your "poor" euros. And the Bank will fully support her! Yes, they have instructions written probably by AI of the local origin. So any banknote could be rejected... Total nonsense.
