We rented a Volvo xc90. For a trip out of town. We were very satisfied. A pleasant manager, quickly arranged everything.
A small surprise was with the included mileage per day.
Here it is 250 km. And it was necessary to drive 350. It turned out to be different for different cars.
Overall, everything went great.
The car is cool 2020 at an adequate price. The audio system is generally a credit! I recommend.

The first time I took a car in this office. I've been using car rental for 10 years now. I have not seen such an attitude anywhere in the city. First of all: you need to call for hours and no one calls back. Secondly: the price agreed on by phone increased already at the time of registration of the car and additional services were added (departure to the Russian Federation). Thirdly: payment immediately and a deposit))) can I also pay the cost of the car? They didn't tell me about it on the phone, but they said that they only needed a license and a passport for registration. Payment for the service is received only after the service is rendered, so it's actually correct. And finally: the car is on winter tires, all over the body, the oil needs to be changed (the computer shows), the box kicks wildly, the bearings buzz so at speed that you can go deaf. Unfortunately, the meeting in Moscow could no longer be canceled and I already took at least such an option. If I had a day left, I would have refused. The office refused to pay us by bank transfer. Well, we'll look at this again and check for what reasons the cashless payment does not work)This is generally an incomprehensible topic. I will never come here again and I do not advise anyone. There are many other companies that pick up the phone, quickly and transparently arrange everything and monitor the car

We chose a certain car on the website - it was not available. They offered a similar car, but slightly higher "class". Rent is correspondingly more expensive, fuel consumption is higher. We agreed in the evening that we would pick up the car around 10 in the morning, in the morning it was not possible to contact the manager, after an hour (or maybe more) the manager showed up. It would seem that our issue has been resolved!.... But then it turned out that the car was not ready, they offered either to drive the car to the car wash themselves, or to walk for 40 minutes.... We walked for about an hour and a half or two.. and still had to wait about half an hour for sure!!!

A very unpleasant surprise was the fact that it was very smoky in the car, to which the manager noticed that the previous tenant had paid a fine for it. It would be great if this money went to fight the smell in the car.
