The service is unclear. Employees are running around with their children, as if they were not at work, but at home. The fitting rooms are awfully small. The curtains in the fitting room don't close normally. Carpets and floors are dirty. The smell in the room is like in a gym locker room. I can't breathe. I'm not coming back here anymore. I said that I unpacked the product under the camera, look at the camera, everything will be visible there for sure, to which they told me that they did not have access to the camera, and that everything should have been shown to them immediately, and now I have to pay for this product and try to return it through the application. (I did not receive an answer to the question of how I would prove to the seller that I did not make this marriage) After a rough dialogue, where I tried to constructively defend my opinion, I still had to pay for the goods. Who is right? If it turns out that I am wrong, then I will correct the review and rating, but at the moment I am disappointed.
