Зашёл в пункт выдачи буквально за несколько минут до закрытия и уже думал, что не успею. Но меня спокойно обслужили, без недовольства и спешки. Сотрудница была вежливая, всё уточнила по делу, поэтому впечатление осталось хорошее. Отдельно запомнилось, что она говорила по-белорусски. Это приятно удивило.

As a girl, I understand everything, but firstly, a toilet break is not half an hour, and secondly, without checking the paid order, her direct duty would take 2 minutes. But customer orientation is not about this pick-up point.
