Unfortunately, my experience of visiting did not leave the most pleasant impressions. Despite the fact that the institution has potential, the quality of service and the availability of services leave much to be desired. During my visits, I noticed that the store is often closed (not for 10 minutes for technical reasons, as the official website says, but for 30-60 minutes, where handwritten notes are arbitrarily hung), which creates inconvenience for customers. This feeling of abandonment is reinforced when employees go on breaks, leaving customers without attention. For example, at the moments when I was expecting help, the employee went to the KFS, which only added to the disappointment. In addition, communication with the staff was quite unfriendly. I've encountered rudeness and a lack of willingness to help, which certainly spoils the overall impression. I hope that the management will pay attention to these points and take measures to improve the quality of service and accessibility of the store. Customers deserve a more attentive and friendly approach!

Terrible service. I arrived at the pick-up point, and an employee starts closing the door in front of me and putting up a sign that the search will end in half an hour, taking into account the current time. I asked her to give me my order, I won't check, the order is paid, I'm in a hurry and I can't wait. In response, I received the phrase "girl, are you kidding me? I need to go to the bathroom!" As a girl, I understand everything, but firstly, a toilet break is not half an hour, and secondly, without checking the paid order, her direct duty would take 2 minutes. But customer orientation is not about this pick-up point.

Yeah. It was the first time I saw such boorish behavior towards a customer. To any question, you get a passive-aggressive answer and boorish expressions that are not even decent to voice. !!!CONVINCING!!! We ask the managers of this wildberries pick-up point to take appropriate measures, as this incident occurred periodically with other people (with whom I had a chance to talk). Otherwise, you will have to abandon this pick-up point, because you would not want to run into THIS again.

This is my first time writing a review... It's a pity I didn't find out the employee's last name. I tried to return the product for 40 minutes. This fifa was just being bullied by me! The valdberies support team has already called me and offered to go to another one to make a refund, knowing what kind of employees there are. The other one was accepted right away. I apologize, but the employee's behavior is disgusting....

The ottoman in the hall was removed, it became very uncomfortable, I go home from work every time with my things, or just with bags, and there is nowhere to put or sit down. I don't want to clutter up the counter of an employee and other clients with my things, and I don't want to have a place to look at things under the cameras. It used to be super, but it's unclear why it was removed. When I see an employee's girlfriend, I don't even go to the point, because the service takes forever and always with a dissatisfied face. I only come in when another girl is older) everything is fast, clear, and we also have time to chat)
