I always ordered on the wb near the mini market, also around 7 Fridays, almost the same girl always worked there, and everything was always fine, and the goods always arrived on time, as it was written in the application. I decided to switch to this pvz, as it will be closer. For the umpteenth time, I have come across the fact that my product is delayed. As it is, I order from the same manufacturer from the same warehouse, one product has arrived, the other is on the way, and I ordered at the same time. My friend came across the fact that she ordered two goods, one arrived, the other was marked as not arriving, she came and picked up one of the goods, and after a while she looks at her phone to see if her goods have arrived, but she doesn't have any goods on the way, the second one has already been issued, but she didn't even hold it in her hands. But thank God she went there and figured it out, they gave it to her. Of all the reasons, I am more concerned about why everything arrives on time and quickly at one storage facility nearby, but it is always delayed, so the storage facility is also closed for the time of acceptance, in another it is not closed, and they leave the warehouse as soon as they hear that the door has opened.

I had to look into the warehouse and invite a specialist who accepted the goods at a time when it was necessary to give the goods to customers. In response, she said in a rude tone that it was forbidden to enter the warehouse. Please work with a specialist and accept the product at a specially designated time. Communication culture and politeness are zero!!!
