The staff of the point sees a defect where there is none, for example, in a protruding thread on the wrong side of the product. I was asked to manually stuff the thread into the seam and then everything would be accepted, in a word, a circus. It is also worth noting that the point is very small, poorly lit and dirty. It is problematic to check the goods at the counter because there is critically little space, you cannot turn around in the fitting room, and the whole process of receiving the goods is as uncomfortable as possible. There are pick-up points nearby that are much more comfortable, and I'll never choose this one again.

I want to share my negative experience of visiting this PVZ. Here they see a defective product where there is absolutely none. They refuse to take the goods back for far-fetched reasons. Unfortunately, the employee behaves extremely unfriendly and incorrectly: she communicates rudely with customers, allows herself to raise her voice and show disrespect. This attitude is completely unacceptable and leaves an unpleasant impression of the entire service.

Disgusting wildberry because of the staff, or rather because of the granny who finds problems where there are none. I understand, of course, that first of all the rules of wildberry are like that, but there is no need to shift from your sick head to the healthy head of the consumer. It gets to everything you can get to. If this one is the closest, choose another one better.
