I regularly receive orders at the Wildberries pick—up point at Miroshnichenko 25 - excellent service! It is always clean, tidy, and the room temperature is comfortable. Orders arrive quickly, and everything is clearly tracked in the app. I am especially pleased with the attitude of the staff: the staff are polite, friendly, and ready to help if you have any questions. The fitting rooms are spacious, convenient to inspect and try on clothes. There have never been any problems with refunds — everything is according to the instructions and without unnecessary red tape. One of the best CVS I've ever been to. Thank you for the excellent organization of the work!

I've been going to this pick-up point for months now, and I'm always satisfied. The staff is very polite and friendly, they greet you with a smile and help you quickly, regardless of the workload. The service is prompt and attentive. Even when there are more people than usual, everything happens without haste and nerves. Convenient location, clean and cozy — one of the best points in Svetlogorsk!
