I really like the Chapaev pick-up point. The staff who serve customers are polite, correct, and professional! Quickly, clearly, and without unnecessary words. They will always competently coordinate and answer any questions that arise!

A terrible organization. Shoes were sent in the wrong size, I saw it in the fitting room, but they won't take it back, they say you have a size discrepancy, send a request for a refund through your personal account, they will consider it, maybe they will agree to return it. I won't order anything there anymore.

I used to love this pick-up point, but lately something has gone wrong with them. My orders started either disappearing or getting lost in the warehouse. He writes that the order is at the point, the employee checks it, but it is not there. And where is he? He let out a peep that he got to the pick-up point! Once I got lost somewhere between the way to the point and the point, I hung for as long as 17 days! The most annoying employee there at the moment is Anton. It is clear that a person does not need this job. The face is a brick, sometimes it can be rude if you start asking him a lot of questions. In order not to be rude, you need to smile like a crazy person and talk less. You ask him for tips on what to do, they say, when the goods have not arrived, and he "waits" for you. Only the girl Zhenya told me that 10 days after the loss of the product in the application, if you log in via a PC, a product rejection button appears. I don't know why he couldn't tell me that. Probably some kind of stupid one. And the workload of the point has become very high, I lose a lot of time there. There's also a lot of cattle going in there lately. In general, I was disappointed with this point. I won't go there anymore.
