The manager at the pick-up point randomly dismissed people with rejected goods with the words that she would then reject them, you can go (accordingly, without checking the defective order after the customer). When I asked if I could also leave the rejected goods and go, the manager had doubts about me. Of course, I stayed (however, as it should be) until the manager accepted the product from me. It's not clear to me why there are random rules for everyone. In my opinion, the conditions are the same for everyone.
