When I walked out the door and almost reached the stairs, "because you need to be more human" flew in from the WB point, and where am I not human? I didn't come when the order hadn't arrived yet, I came after the order arrived. Oh, and yes, the service assessment never came, is it because the employees themselves give the service to whom they want to evaluate?
