There are employees at the pick-up point who cannot simply greet in response, as well as give monosyllabic formulations to any other questions asked (this is not the first time that there are no packages, but the question "can I have a bag?" gets a dry answer of "no"). In addition to the mentioned problem of indifference and lack of basic politeness, the PVZ itself is quite dirty, which makes the desire to come there again disappear.

There is terrible mud at the point, frozen ice and slippery tiles near the entrance. Where is your management looking?! In the changing rooms, there is dirt on the floor and mats in the water and mud. The point is repeatedly visited with dogs.

Excellent pick-up point. 👍 Lots of space, lots of fitting rooms. Fast service, friendly staff, by the way, they work in twos!! There are a lot of people there, especially when the shift ends at the factory, but the queue is moving fast. Well done!!! 👏👏👏
