The first time I had to make a refund and re-order, because the employee did not express a desire to look for him for a long time. It was easier for her to make a refund. The second time the order was ready to be received and on the way I decided to go pick it up, to which I was told that after notification I had to wait at least two hours. Why can't you send notifications when the goods can actually be picked up, and not wait for some time. Why mislead people? There have never been such problems at another pick-up point.
There are no questions for the young man, he always serves quickly and culturally.
