The opening hours are from 10 to 21. I came to pick up the goods at the PVZ on September 28 at 14:35, and the PVZ is closed and there is a sign on the door "receiving goods". At the same time, there is no way to know in advance that the PVZ will be closed, it turns out that you leave the house specifically to go pick up the goods, and the pvz is closed. Is there really an urgent need to close the point directly at the time of acceptance of the goods. Usually, two employees work at the PVZ on a shift: why can't one accept the goods, and the other give out the goods? This is not the first time I have encountered this situation.

everything is super, the service is excellent, BUT! CCTV cameras fall right into the mirror of the fitting rooms. not a very pleasant fact, I hope it will be fixed😌

We came on Sunday morning, received the answer "I am alone now and I will accept the goods". I understand that there is a work schedule according to which customers should be served, why should I worry about their organizational issues? As a result, in order to pick up the goods in 3 minutes, they said to wait 20, interesting customer orientation.
