A clean pick-up point with friendly staff. They helped me figure out the application and gave me a bag for free. A nice girl helped me make a request for a refund of the goods due to marriage and explained what to do.

An extremely terrible pick-up point. The staff is rude and rude. They look for problems where there are none. In any controversial situation, call the director of the point. They are inclined to pick up the goods and then make a refund through the user's account. They even threaten to call the police or face legal proceedings. It's all negative. There are locations a little further from home, but with adequate staff.

Extremely incompetent staff! Do they even understand what a manufacturing defect is? I do not advise anyone to order clothes and shoes here, in case something does not fit you, they are obliged to take it away, hiding behind marriage!
