Everything is fine, the location is convenient, the interior is clean, places to check the goods, the girls are polite, they work quickly, queues are rare. Once none of the codes worked, they called the support service and generated a new one, there was practically no need to wait.

Zero had to be set, they are forced to redeem the wrong investment of the product! After refusing to pay for unnecessary goods due to an attachment error, they were not allowed to pick up the rest of the order and were rude. The worst PVZ in the city!

I was at this pick - up point today . Disgusting work of the point of delivery of goods. Very slowly . The queues are long. 40 minutes of waiting only in the queue. The place is very small . There are not enough fitting rooms. The staff is not friendly at all . The storage of goods is terrible . Fragile things can break or crack, apparently they just don't know it here. Half of the goods paid for were sent to another pick-up point. And they didn't even explain why. In one I waited 40 minutes , it is not clear why .and why people should look for their goods on the other side of the city . It used to be a very good pick-up point and the work was much faster. At the moment , everything is disgusting . Here, apparently, they do not know the law on consumer protection, the rules of working with customers in the service sector at all.
