I was at this pick - up point today . Disgusting work of the point of delivery of goods. Very slowly . The queues are long. 40 minutes of waiting only in the queue. The place is very small . There are not enough fitting rooms. The staff is not friendly at all . The storage of goods is terrible . Fragile things can break or crack, apparently they just don't know it here. Half of the goods paid for were sent to another pick-up point. And they didn't even explain why. In one I waited 40 minutes , it is not clear why .and why people should look for their goods on the other side of the city . It used to be a very good pick-up point and the work was much faster. At the moment , everything is disgusting . Here, apparently, they do not know the law on consumer protection, the rules of working with customers in the service sector at all.
