I always worry when I order a lot of goods that I inconvenience the staff. Today I ran to the PVZ at the last moment. I met a very cool young man, Denis, who was sympathetic to the huge amount of goods at the end of the day) he allowed everything (to measure, deal with rejected goods, etc.) and this is incredibly pleasing))) Thank you so much! An ugly attitude! It started with the fact that the fins and mask were in the opened packaging, the young man found cellophane in another corner from the product itself. The sandals were packed. We opened them and went to measure them. The size turned out to be large, the second one was not even taken out, everything was folded and returned. The young man took the fins, but refused to take the sandals.:He said that her husband had worn them, stained them, filled them with glue, and such goods are non-refundable. We were told that if we moved from under the camera to the fitting room, we were required to pick up the goods. Although I repeat, the fitting took place on a stool UNDER the CAMERA, not in the fitting room. Why should I, as a customer, waste time on some applications and refunds for a marriage if the product was in my hands for 3 minutes and was measured under the camera? I'm attaching something that caused them to refuse to pick up the goods, forced them to buy them back, raised their nerves, and so on. How do I raise the cameras??

Everything is not bad, but there is often a queue and packages for the received goods are not always available...clean, polite staff, poor location.
