So, there are never closed doors or breaks at the 30/1 Partizansky Prospekt checkpoint. Yes, they may ask you to wait 5 minutes, but 5 is not 30 minutes. I came here on purpose at my mom's request and, of course, I won't be able to pick it up before the end of the working day.
