I was picking up goods from the PVZ. An employee of the two gave away one product, the second searched for exactly 20 minutes, while my husband waited for the second product, I managed to check the first product, go to the fitting room to try it on, pack it back. The queue gathered at the entire pick-up point, and some people simply left without waiting. In the end, we were asked to come back later. Arriving 4-5 hours later, the situation has not changed, only now the third product has already arrived. They gave us the third product and that's it. The employee served the following and seemed not going to give us the rest of the order until we mentioned that we had not been given everything. In total, we waited for half an hour again, coming a second time. This is the first time I've encountered this, and I've never had any problems with issuing or searching for orders before. Management, please pay attention to employee training!

We have to check the goods, putting them on some boxes, cartons, just holding them in our hands. Employees can't find the goods, you need to come at another time when they're looking. It's a mess. The point just hasn't been working for the last week. Rather, it opens randomly, but it's not clear how to predict it. It's 10:45, the point is closed, opening hours are from 10.00
