The location of the PVZ is convenient, but visiting it does not cause positive emotions. We all understand that it's hard to work there, but I believe that this does not give an employee the right to be rude to harmless visitors and openly express their dissatisfaction with goods and refunds. I understand that if I refuse some goods, you will need to repackage them, etc., but that's why we came up with a payment system upon receipt so that a person can check the goods. Work for that and work to do it. It is very unpleasant when employees openly discuss you and what you ordered, although there is something like T-shirts and household products in the order. Of course, you're all tired, but I think it's quite possible not to roll your eyes and filter your speech when you need to give out more than 5 products that will later be fully paid for.

So I came to this pick-up point today, in a good mood, to pick up a long-awaited order that I had been waiting for for a very long time, and faced a very unpleasant situation. I picked up my order, started unpacking it and got upset that it was a little wrong, I was going to give it back, I went up to the girl and heard: "And I thought you would return it back, you can see it." I thought that nothing could spoil my mood already, but as your employee knows how to be rude out of the blue, it's worth learning a lot. The conclusion for the evening from this pick-up point: the mood is spoiled, I found out, the staff was rude, the desire to come again disappeared. Thank you. Fire her, please
