My husband and I came to pick up the goods, an employee of the pick-up point (a redhead) brought a box of goods from the warehouse and began to give it out by throwing it, they made remarks to her that do not throw it, she began to ask questions in raised tones where I threw it and then said come tomorrow I will not give it to you. Of course, they didn't like it and the proceedings began, as a result, the girl began to turn into a person, insult and expel from the pick-up point. But there was also a CAT lying on the bedside table in the fitting room!!! A terrible point, constant queues, there is not enough space, employees are rude and refuse to give out goods for unknown reasons, the conflict with this lady is not the first, how long can this be tolerated?

There is a small table at the point where you can put the goods for inspection. There is no place for another person to check the goods anymore. And sometimes a lot of people gather there. They are not allowed to check in the booths. There was a bench, and it broke down. Please arrange tables, benches, etc.
