Please resolve the issue with the couriers. Of all the attempts (15 times) to order a courier at home, I arrived only 2 times. Other times, they just write that "the courier has not been found yet," and it can be from the morning until the closing of the PVZ. I want to avoid the issue of delivery queues, but even that doesn't work out.

A great point. But due to the large number of orders and refusals from customers, there are queues. The staff are great, they do their work efficiently and quickly.

The queues are regularly either small or non-existent. I pick you up quickly, no questions asked. The staff is polite, they always greet you, give you a bag. Everything always goes away in just a couple of minutes.
