Poor customer service. Employees are throwing goods away, they can't find the appropriate product in the warehouse. They searched for my order for 20 minutes, but they didn't find it. In the end, they asked me to re-order, and they refused. The fitting rooms are very bad, heaps of sand, and the mirrors are all dirty. Employees are constantly angry and dissatisfied. They do not welcome visitors.

One girl does not understand at all what is wanted from her. I went for one order from 1 position 4 times. I did everything slowly. Maybe the girl has only been working for a couple of days. Another woman, works fast, clearly. A very small room, if there is a queue of 3 people, the space is very small. If possible, I prefer to choose another pick-up point.
