The acceptance of delivered orders is very slow, as a result of which you have to wait for your order for more than a day, because of the holidays there is a heavy load on the staff, and the girls have to do the acceptance at night, which is no longer normal. Is it really impossible to increase the staff by 1-2 people for the holidays??? And it will be easier for staff and customers... In short, it's a mess!
