I want to complain about the employee of the pick-up point. On July 30, the return of these goods was issued : article 226070057 , 168343073 to the pick - up point at Kropotkin 61 , but the employee did not want to return the goods and tried to find the reason , it was not there .As a result of the conversations, he still angrily made a refund. This is not the first time this situation has happened , he violates all the rules and does not behave according to the rules of the wildbery , please understand ! If the employee continues this course of action, I will personally go to the central office and officially send a complaint , and additionally complain to the state agency for consumer protection (there is at each executive committee)
