And when returning, the employee began to assert the opposite: they say, there are stains, buy them back and issue a refund for the marriage. It feels like the goal is to force them to buy at any cost. I do not recommend this pick-up point!

The employee came to pick up the order at 19.35 in front of my nose and hung a piece of paper on the door with a marker saying "tech break" 19.35-19.50. The employee refused my request to issue an order, referring to software updates. If you need perera, then specify them in the operating mode. The sediment remained. I will not send any more orders there.

The manager forced me to pick up the goods. After trying on my product, this story happened to me, the manager found seamstresses' marks inside the shirt with a marker and also forced me to pick up the goods, referring to the fact that I had not finished the shirt and I had to undo all the buttons to inspect the goods from all sides. You spend a lot of time checking the goods, you stand in line waiting for other customers to return the goods, you waste your nerves until you return your goods, so you also pick up the goods, money is debited from you and then wait for the refund to take place. As a result, with an unnecessary product, you make a refund of your money, carry it back and forth, but the manager makes himself a salary on the nerves of visitors, since the salary depends on the goods taken.
