Arriving at the pick-up point at 20:58 to receive my parcels, I was confronted with an extremely unfriendly attitude on the part of the employee. From the very beginning, the employee expressed dissatisfaction with my visit, saying that I only had 2 minutes to look at my goods, as she was not going to stay longer because she only had a working day until 21:00. After that, she began to set conditions for me that I should not allegedly return the goods, because it would all take her time and it would not be paid for and she was not going to stay here. My comment about the possible return of one of the positions caused a negative reaction. When I pointed out the need for customer orientation and customer service until the end of working hours, the employee rudely refused to give me orders, saying, "I will not give you the goods," and took away my parcels, demanding that I pick them up the next day. I consider this behavior unacceptable and violates my rights as a consumer. An employee has no right to refuse to issue paid orders during the business hours of the pick-up point. Her statements about unwillingness to recycle and lack of additional payment are internal problems of the company and should not affect the quality of customer service.
