Due to the delay at work, I managed to come to the pick-up point 10 minutes before closing, there were 3 people in line, there were two employees at the WB itself, one of whom issued orders, and the second stood and just looked (she was not doing any work, but just looking at people) As a result, it turns out such a situation, the girl who issued orders, just 4 minutes before closing, refuses to serve the woman in front of me and me, for what reason? I seemed to make it to closing time (and not even in a couple of minutes), I just stood there for 10 minutes and was refused, although my order was paid for and I just needed to pick it up I am very dissatisfied with the service!!!

The fact that people have been standing for a long time, many on the street in bad weather, does not bother anyone. Everything can be understood and the fact that the working day is over too, but then you need to somehow manage the queue so that those standing could not waste their time and employees leave on time.
