I changed the pick-up point solely because of the attitude of the people who work there, I'm tired of looking at constantly dissatisfied faces, as if I came to their house uninvited, and without puffing up, I walk on Persian carpets)) And if there is an emergency situation, they answer everything - it's not our problems, one day they lost my personal account, the goods came, but I couldn't pick it up and, of course, it wasn't my problems))) Thank God, a point with beautiful, polite girls has opened nearby, where the attitude to customers is at the highest level.
