It was a wonderful PVZ, I have been serviced by it for 5 years, everyone was always attentive, helped, everything was fast, clear and pleasant.But a new employee appeared, a young man, it became unbearable. Uncommunicative, dissatisfied with everyone, either does not answer questions, or does a favor and mutters something. I always thought that the work of PVZ workers was hellish, I always tried not to complicate the work, carefully folded the goods, tried not to delay the work. Well, okay, I think people have different states and moods, I've been patient. But the last time, he put me in a desperate situation with his behavior and forced me to buy back a product from scratch that didn't suit me, like a marriage that I hadn't noticed. I understand that an employee can be punished with a ruble if he accepted a damaged product or with an obvious defect.But there is clearly a manufacturing blemish with a thin thread on the inside of the product, not the outside. He is really invisible, which I informed the young man about. He said that he did not want to take this product back and would not. You see, if every customer looks at an implicit marriage, at every thread, then, firstly, there will be queues to Moscow, secondly, there are basically no goods without marriage now, the threads are hanging, the stitching is uneven. But there are fundamental things that affect the appearance of the product, and there are small things. And although I had previously asked him if I could immediately give the goods of poor quality, he muttered monosyllabically afterwards, did not specify why and what was wrong, and then did not accept the goods. And for the first time in 5 years, I had to buy back an unsuitable product, and this is before the New Year, when any purchase is financially important. When trying to explain my actions, I was asked to simply leave the purchased goods at the point and not pick them up, since I did not want to.When asked to give him a book of complaints, he nodded somewhere into space and mockingly said to go somewhere and write what I want there. It's a nightmare, one inadequate employee and no longer wants to go to this PVZ anymore.…

A great pick-up point! The staff is super! There are few queues and the service is fast! There is no car parking nearby, it is more convenient to visit on foot or on a scooter for small parcels

Until recently, there was a favorite point with excellent professionals. Now I've removed it from the WB list, so that I don't even accidentally order here. The young man behind the counter specifically did not want to accept a refund from another point. I had to urgently explain the rights, after which, of course, he issued a refund. As a result, he also tried to be rude. Not only incompetent, slow, but also rude. In general, the boy has a vibe of his mother's resentment. It's good that there are still enough normal points nearby.
