On 03/10/2026, I was at the PVZ. Usually, when I pick up the goods, there are no complaints. But that day was just a nightmare. The girl was throwing bags, talking rudely. The worst behavior I've ever seen. I didn't say anything, which I regret now that I didn't ask her "what's with the mood". I understand that we are all human beings, we all get tired, but nevertheless, no one gives us any right to show our negative mood so demonstratively.
