I have not visited this PVZ for a long time and was extremely unpleasantly surprised. The employee who appeared after the departure of the previous managers who had worked at this PVZ for several years, a blond-haired young man, found fault with the stain on the T-shirt, which only he saw. And after I said that I would buy back and hand over the goods for marriage, he made a payment for the things that I left and sweetly stated that he had put the T-shirt aside! What kind of emotional swing is this? I deleted this item from the list of places I go. The numbers speak for themselves, whereas before they had a score of 4.99-5, now they have 4.92.

The employee of this pick-up point behaved completely incorrectly. After fitting, I found dried spots on the jacket measuring 1mm, which I did not notice and naturally did not leave and refused to accept the goods. I brushed them off with my finger and they disappeared, and the employee said that I had done it on purpose and that he no longer wanted to serve me as a customer of the PVZ and asked me to change the PVZ. It's scary to go there now, I don't know how he'll behave next time.
