The employee who worked on 10/25/2025 treats clients absolutely rudely, which I have observed repeatedly. You won't hear from her either hello or goodbye, but that's just the little things. When I took my order today, I moved away from the counter to the table to skip the queue, and this person, seeing that I was literally 2 steps away, still put the order in the opposite direction from me, as if out of spite (if anything, the table and the counter are next to each other, it didn't cost her anything to reach out hand to the other side). The service is just disgusting. I don't even want to approach such a person, because from the very threshold they look at you as an enemy of the people.

A sloppy and dirty pick-up point. The mirrors in the fitting rooms are dusty and streaked, the floor is dirty. The walls are shabby, the tiles fall off and are held on by adhesive tape.
