The employee who worked on 10/25/2025 treats clients absolutely rudely, which I have observed repeatedly. You won't hear from her either hello or goodbye, but that's just the little things. When I took my order today, I moved away from the counter to the table to skip the queue, and this person, seeing that I was literally 2 steps away, still put the order in the opposite direction from me, as if out of spite (if anything, the table and the counter are next to each other, it didn't cost her anything to reach out hand to the other side). The service is just disgusting. I don't even want to approach such a person, because from the very threshold they look at you as an enemy of the people.

Terrible experience at the Wildberries pick-up point on 07/24/2024! We were forced to buy a defective product! Today we are faced with outright rudeness and incompetence at the Wildberries pick-up point. We received a large order (accessories, wedding shoes, and gifts), and the employee literally forced us to buy back the shoes, pointing her finger at an allegedly "critical defect" that we hadn't noticed when we were browsing the product. Moreover, two pairs of these shoes were ordered, of different sizes, this size was not even measured. Imagine our indignation when we looked at this "marriage" - a small scratch on the heel. This is an outright divorce! If the defect is so minor that it is not visible during a routine inspection, why arrange this circus? It seems that the delivery point specifically sells to customers what they cannot return to the supplier. After such an attitude, I strongly do not recommend this pick-up point, even though I went to it from the very opening. I demand a review of this incident and a refund for the imposed product! I won't spend another penny with you until I see real changes in my work! Rating: ★★☆ (1 out of 5) - The worst service in all the years!
