Заказала выполнение 3 видов работ. 1 выполнена хорошо, 1 плохо и 1 брак. Чека нет, сроки растянуты на 3 недели, вместо одной. Руководитель деньги за брак не возвращает - клиент сам виноват, мы конечно ошиблись тоже, не посмотрев, что нужно делать, но возвращать деньги не будем. Отношение к покупателю ужасное, полное несоблюдение законов.
