A wonderful holiday in February 2023. The service is good. The food is delicious (we took breakfast and dinner - it was enough). Rooms with a beautiful view of the bay. The beach is close, the sea is clean, there are quite enough sunbeds. In the evening, you can walk along the embankment. Within walking distance of a small shopping center Lulu. There is an excellent tour desk nearby, where their services were used.

Our family liked the Hotel. The sea is across the road, its own beach. A chaise longue can always be found free. The sea is clear. The food is good, you will not go hungry. The staff is polite. The rooms are clean, fresh, cleaned every day. In the evening, the sea view is simply gorgeous. There is a hall (so-so) sauna, hammam, swimming pool on the 2nd floor. A good place to stay. I wouldn't say it's gorgeous, but the rooms are spacious, always well cleaned. Food without frills is quite enough choice. There is almost nothing provided for children, except a meager corner with mini fountains in the communal pool area. The beach is across the street. A big plus is that the hotel has a seafood restaurant, and it's really delicious there! I advise you to go there. Of course, this is for a fee.

A terrible hotel, our whole family was poisoned in the restaurant of this hotel and we vomited all 7 days until we were evicted early at our own expense. There are a lot of migrants jerking off around the beach, watermelon peels and garbage are floating in the sea, cigarette butts and skinned cats are on the beach. Moldy grapes were brought to me for my birthday, and they don't clean the rooms at all, black and black if you swipe a napkin across the floor. All you can enjoy is the view from the window under the drip, because on the third or fourth day of your stay you will vomit and not get off the toilet.

Hello everyone I'm writing in hot pursuit! Just got back.
What can I say, the hotel is very cool, it stands, one might say, right on the shore. The views from the balcony are the most spectacular, especially the sunset, and at night it's nice to sit and listen to the sound of the sea.
Food.
Overall good, but a lot of spicy and curry dishes. There is not much baby food. Fries and rustic were a couple of times, i.e. there is no such thing as in Turkey that it is available around the clock. We ate mostly salads and pasta carbonare and bolognese. Also very tasty shish kebab and fish.
Soups are also almost all peppery, but delicious. At breakfast, they give yoghurts, porridges, Viennese waffles, cupcakes, there is chocolate paste for them. Sausage, cheese, eggs, omelet, sausages. Standard set. There are always vegetables and fruits at breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Desserts are also all delicious.
Cleaning.
I was there every day, everything is fine. Cleanliness is everywhere, both in the rooms and in the hotel! Towels are changed every other day, but if you throw them on the floor, then every day! The beach is also very clean, and every time you take a new towel, without any deposits. In the dining room after each family wipe the table with antiseptic. You have to wear a mask at the distribution, masks are given out!
Children were given balloons, a trifle, but it's nice! They brought it right to the room.
For those who have everything included, water and soda are free, in unlimited quantities. I was pleased that cola, sprite and fanta are given out in jars.
There is no special entertainment near the hotel, we went to the amusement park and to the neighboring shopping centers. There are many cafes and restaurants, near KFS, Basken Robbins, Starbucks, etc.
We went to Dubai mall once, it is very convenient that there is a bus from the hotel.
A huge plus of the hotel is the minimum audibility. This is the first hotel in my life where there were no screams, slamming doors and marginal debauchery.
There is no alcohol in the hotel, and for me this is another plus. There is an alcohol market nearby, if someone still needs to refuel.
The staff is all polite and intelligent, as well as vacationers. No "tagil".
We had a rest at the end of May, we didn't find any sweltering heat, so everyone who doubts whether to go or not, of course go! The level is much higher than Turkey!
The only drawback that I noted for myself personally is the condees, they fry a kick-ass there, like in a morgue. In the dining room it is necessary to be in a jacket. And so I put the hotel 5 +.

The hotel is super. The beach is across the street, but not stressful. All rooms have a sea view. The room has everything you need. The air conditioner is constantly working, so go for breakfast /lunch / dinner, do not forget to throw on a stole or a light blouse, because it is cool enough. The range of dishes is such that you will not stay hungry. A 10-minute walk from the hotel there is a shopping center, a 15-minute walk there is a delicious pastry shop-cafe with oriental sweets, ice cream. Since the beach is across the street, it is clear that there is an embankment with beautiful sunrises and sunsets. There are a sufficient number of sun beds and umbrellas on the beach. The beach is clean. There is a bar, toilet,rental of water attractions. There are Russian-speaking guys at the reception. They help if necessary. In general, I liked the hotel sooo much. I read reviews of people who vacationed on the same dates, and I think maybe we were in different hotels?
Positive:
1. Russian-speaking staff at the reception.
2. A decent lunch box for early eviction.
3. Bus to Dubai Mall.
Cons:
1. The curtains in the room and the ventilation grille from the air conditioner have not been cleaned for a long time.
2. Very noisy air conditioning system, even at low revs.
3. The water in the sink does not go well, you can just say a blockage.
4. In order for hot water to go, it is necessary to drain the water for 5-10 minutes.
5. There are always queues at the restaurant.
6. Our compatriots occupy sun beds on the beach before 7 am, All the deck chairs are occupied. Towels on the beach are stained. The sunbeds smell of cat meat. The beach is not very clean. It is designed for 3 hotels. There are a lot of people.
For me, this is not 4, but 3 stars, straight economy-economy.

Rested in July 2022. In the beginning, as everyone writes, everything was wonderful: we quickly checked in, food was brought to the room, since we arrived late and the restaurant was closing. I was surprised that there are no slippers and bathrobes as stated, it turns out they need to be asked. However, this is so by the way, we are not confused on this. The fun started on the third day of rest when we went to the restaurant to eat, and there was a queue!!! Someone said that there was a check-in and a lot of tourists. Idle for about 20 minutes at the door of the restaurant, the queue came up and... What we see is that a third of the tables are free, and people are not allowed in. Question Have we come to rest or stand in line? We tried to change the time, but the story was the same. The hotel has announced a transfer to Dubai. Yes, there really is, but!!!... This is also very interesting, we got there without incident, and we waited a long time for the bus to come back, which arrived at about 21:40 instead of 21:00 hours. As a result, when we were brought there were 10 minutes left to eat.We rested in the Emirates 5 times, although the first 4 times in Dubai, with different hotel categories, but there was no such disgrace. In a restaurant, they once put me on a wet sofa and when I said it was wet, they said that I should sit down and that everything was fine there. But when, three days before departure, they sent a letter to the room saying that they would poison cockroaches after 9:00 in the morning and we would not be able to enter the room for 6 hours, and then we still had to open everything, go out and ventilate the room for 2 hours, then come and wash all the surfaces and dishes - this was already the PEAK of INDIGNATION! At the reception, we said that we do not need to poison, we agreed with namii that they would not. As a result, when we came to the room it stank very much and it was clear that our opinion was not interesting. By the way, in a restaurant, if something is spilled, broken or dropped, it is cleaned VERY slowly. They can go sign up, slip up. The food is really delicious, especially the sweet table is very diverse, the beach is good, there were enough sun beds for everyone.

Food, in the first days everything seemed beautiful , delicious. On day 3 , diarrhea , after 4 days , diarrhea and vomiting . The hotel rejects the restaurant's problem. They give presents and if you need to cook food, then no problem. But I'm already at the end of my vacation and waiting to get to the airport without any problems. Room cleaning , we put the child to bed at lunch , I hang a DO NOT DISTURB sign . They 're calling the room ! On the phone, do I need cleaning?! 😑 the beach, there are not enough sunbeds, some individuals throw off towels and occupy without conscience.many come back here 4 times . I do not recommend and will not return, we have never had such a vacation before.

There is a bar on the beach, where everything you need is water, drinks, etc. All rooms of the hotel have balconies overlooking the beautiful Persian Gulf and it's just gorgeous. We were settled in a spacious room, where there was a place for an adult son and a zone for adults across the corridor. In the room there are two TVs, a kettle, a necessary set for tea drinking, a refrigerator, two balconies, also in our use there was an ironing board and an iron. Additionally, water and drinks can always be freely available at the reception, but we had Everything included. The bathroom is spacious, has everything you need, gel, shampoo, cream, towels, hairdryer, etc. Cleaning is daily, the staff is polite and responsive, there are Russian-speaking staff. I would like to say a special thank you to the superproviders Asad and Mahmoud, also Shadi's manager. They will always explain everything and help in any situation. The food is at a high level, delicious and varied, outside the hotel there is a place to walk, buy groceries and souvenirs. We are very satisfied with the hotel, we recommend it for a family holiday, if we plan a vacation in the UAE, we will definitely come back here.
