I don't understand why there are so many rave reviews about this hotel online. I would put 3 out of 5.
Let's start with the pros:
1 all rooms have balconies and sea views
2 Large room for three, about 58 square meters
There is a swimming pool on the 2nd floor and there is also a Jacuzzi, but we did not go there, plus there is a gym
4 Free transfer to Dubai Mall every day at 14:30, pick up back at 21:00
5 Hotel in the city, many shops, cafes and so on around.
That was the end of the advantages for me. Cons
1 there is no territory at all, a typical city hotel
2 here the hotel is not to blame, but on our arrival the sea was dirty. Not really at all, just muddy, perhaps due to strong waves. By the end of the stay, the waves became smaller, but the transparency of the sea did not appear. In the photo on social networks, the sea is completely different..
3 there are too many people in the restaurant, a very small area for so many tables, crowded. Sometimes you have to wait for a table.
4 Poor nutrition, little choice, food quickly got tired, a lot of fried food in batter, coffee is included only for breakfast, from an automatic machine, if you want classic coffee with latte art from a barista, you have to pay. In general, you will not go hungry, but the desserts are all as if defrosted (that is, purchased), with vegetable cream, everything is wrong;(hard dried pastries. Muffins - approx. Ice cream once a week for lunch, on Saturdays.
5 Very small and cramped lobby.
6 The bathroom constantly smelled of some kind of dampness/mustiness. A terrible drain in the shower, a very small side, if you turn on the rain shower, then the pressure is such that the drain can not cope and the water pours out of the shower cabin.
7 Service. One day they took away the towels, but they forgot to give 1 large and all small clean ones. On another day (at the beginning of the stay), they called the room at 8:40 a.m. with cleaning, and if we were asleep? I had to tell them not to bother us with cleaning so early.
8 Noisy air conditioning (not much, but for those who like complete silence, it will be uncomfortable to fall asleep, I'm used to it)
9 The Internet in the hotel is normal. And on the beach it is bad, it periodically falls off, sometimes it is nominally connected, but in fact it does not ship anything.
10 Beach. Sun beds are cramped, very tightly packed, people from 3 hotels (from Windham, a nearby Ramada and people from a distant Ramada are brought by bus). At 8 a.m. there are places, at 10 a.m. I found the last 2 sun beds in the farthest corner of the beach. At one o'clock in the afternoon, half of the beach is empty: people leave, some go to a hotel for lunch (distant, and do not return anymore), someone to Dubai, someone to the desert, and so on.

A great place for a beach holiday. The staff is as polite and responsive as possible. All rooms have ocean views. Cleanliness and room service are excellent. A varied meal (we had breakfast/dinner) is enough for the whole day. Every day the bus is free to Dubai Mall. It takes you back at 21:00. In general , staying there helps to smile more often to strangers !

I really liked the hotel:)
Responsive staff (min. 1 employee at the reception speaks Russian, which of course is very successful))
They cook wonderfully) at Christmas they served seafood, crabs and, it seems, goose :)
There is always a choice, not huge, but everything is prepared with soul and taste:) you can always find everything by interests)))
The sea is clean and beautiful, the beach is its own for a couple of hotels) the entrance to the water is gentle, the most for children and not for lovers of long swims)

I had a rest at this hotel at the end of July with my family. A very cozy hotel with a nice, cozy interior. Quite a variety of breakfasts and lunches. There is definitely something to choose from: meat, poultry, fish dishes. Add salads and side dishes. From fruits: watermelon, melon, apples, bananas. Sausages with eggs, yogurt and porridge are served for breakfast, and there are also more dense dishes. You can make yourself sweet toasts.
The rooms are bright and spacious, cleaned every day. Bolkonsky offers a gorgeous view of the sea. There are grocery and souvenir shops in the vicinity. There is also a small shopping center. There is a bus from the hotel to Dubai Mall every day. He picks it up at about 14 and takes it back to the hotel from there at 21.
There is also a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna and gym on site.

Nice hotel, nice rooms. The beach is across the street, 3-4 minutes walk. Sun beds and towels are free of charge. On the second floor there is a 1.60-deep swimming pool. There is also a gym, sauna and hammam. Men's and women's separately. The cleaning is excellent. They wipe the windows and even the railings on the balconies. The food is delicious, there is enough of everything. There is no alcohol in the hotel.

The hotel has a swimming pool warm enough (which is important for April), there is a Jacuzzi, gym, sauna. The hotel has its own beach, but it is across the street in front of the hotel. It's not a problem for adults, children need to be translated and can walk freely on the beach. Clean white sand, there are enough sunbeds, the bar is open from 10 to 18, you get towels and rent them on the beach. It was a gift for me to change a standard room to a luxury one on the initiative of the hotel. A very nice gift. The hotel has a currency exchange (the exchange rate is not the best, but if you need it urgently, you can change a little). Sometimes there are queues for towels if a bus has arrived in front of you, which brought vacationers to the beach from another city hotel of the same chain. The food is good, quite varied. Breakfast and lunch were enough. There are no bathrobes and slippers in the room. The water in the Jacuzzi is cold. A free bus once a day to the Dubai Mall is a plus, it takes a little over an hour on the road one way. A wonderful hotel, I'm staying in it for the second time. It was in March 2022 and now it is March 2023. The hotel is on the first line with a sea view, all rooms too. The hotel has everything for convenience: a kettle (coffee, tea, sugar, sweetener included), refrigerator, hair dryer, iron, ironing board. The room is cleaned clean, towels are changed daily, the bed is always clean (I don't know how many times they changed, it's just always the cleanest :)) shower gel, shampoo, soap and body lotion are replenished daily. The staff is polite, unobtrusive, there are Russian speakers at the reception. On his birthday, 🎂 was prepared and brought with congratulations to the room. Super hotel! We had a rest with our daughter (5 years old) in September 2022. The room is beautiful, the bed is comfortable, everything in the room is new, the food is good, service and cleaning for 5. The sea across the street is gorgeous, warm, the beach is sandy. Near shops, tour agencies and cafes. Before the trip, I reread a bunch of reviews, I do not regret the choice I made. The rest was a success! Better than Ramada .although the Ramada is cool .their distinguishing feature is windam -more European and new, the cuisine is also more European, there are few spices, a fishy bias. Ramada food is meat (grilled) a lot of oriental and spicy dishes. 3 hotels have one beach, this year there were problems with sun beds , a lot of guests.
