Positive:
The main advantage of this hall is the number of different simulators.
Huge cardio zone.
The staff is friendly and friendly.
There is a trial training.
Great shower with cool tiles. Locker rooms at the last peep.
Excellent toilets.
A huge number of different programs and classes.
A zone for children.
Sauna.
There's a coffee shop downstairs, next to a restick.
Minuses:
1. All simulators of some obscure brand. Before that, I used other simulators.
2. Price.
3. Inability to buy a monthly subscription.
My personal experience:
1. I did a leg press, the angle of inclination is terrible, when I did the working weight, my hemorrhoids went out for a walk and we had a great conversation about how terrible this angle of inclination is.
2. Biceps of the thigh. 4 levels, 5 slopes. Horror. The weighting or whatever it is, 2.5 in place of the standard 1.5.
3. Bench bench is old as my legs. Some kind of radius on the second part, (why!?) For the insurer only the floor?
4. The dumbbell row is excellent, 0 questions. But tell me why such terrible fasteners on dumbbells up to 10 kg, I almost tore the skin off my finger. Why is 10 kg lying at the other end of the hall?
5. The pull of the upper block is a separate story, as is the pull to yourself. Made for giants? The absence of a normal set of vultures and a normal grip. It is terribly inconvenient to place your feet on the pull, pull too far, again, the corner on the bench (why?!). The upper block is made for 3m height? It's terrible to take even such a neck, you need to get up, and already sits down with a weight and position your legs, I weigh 65 kg, my worker is 55, in a couple of months it will be 70, how do I even sit down with such a weight if I can't lower it without a stop?
6. Clamps, if you can call them that, on the vultures, just an old steel wire, my friend's cork in one hole will be better to hold than these wires, it is also more convenient than they are, I think.
7. The vultures on the biceps are just a plague, when I blew up so perfectly the weight flew up from the vulture, I coolly recommend trying it once (no).

Some coaches just fly away, everyone is different. In some group workouts, you can just fry yourself until you lose your pulse. It's strange that men don't go there, maybe they won't pull it off. I like. I took a subscription for three months, I'll think about it for a year.

The club is great! Comfortable and modern interior, panoramic windows from the main gym. Walking distance from the metro and private Parking, exit to the ring.
The unlimited subscription price includes access to most group classes and a sauna, one free personal workout and 2 guest visits for a friend.
One of the disadvantages: when signing the contract, I was not notified about the "bring a friend and get a month as a gift" campaign. At the same time, after I purchased a subscriber, two of my colleagues contacted the club and also purchased a semi-annual subscription. In turn, when applying for season tickets of colleagues, they were also not asked the question HOW DID THEY KNOW ABOUT THE EXISTENCE OF THE CLUB?
A little later, after starting to attend fitness, we contacted the administrator with this situation and unfortunately were refused, because colleagues did not mention my recommendation.
But we couldn't inform about what we didn't know. In general, it is unpleasant!
I supplement the review with another unpleasant incident after 5 months of visiting and remove another star.
In June, I went to the hospital for emergency surgery. I spent almost a month on sick leave and then received recommendations from a doctor to limit physical activity for a month.
Contacting the fitness center about this and providing documents on the state of health, I immediately received a refusal to freeze, explaining that the operating room is not a valid reason! The contract only provides for fractures or sprains. After that, I asked to be contacted by the higher-ranking administration. We agreed to freeze the subscription only for the duration of the sick leave!
In general, you pay the money, and then no one will think of you as a client! I will definitely not buy the next subscription here!

The gym is really good, although without a pool. Most simulators are duplicated, it is convenient, there is no need to queue. But the simulators themselves are quite tight, there is a risk of interfering with each other during rush hour; and for some reason there are few shops - they take a queue. People are friendly. Wonderful new showers, but for some reason there are no towels in the public domain (I was in many xfit in the Russian Federation - they were everywhere)

This is a great new sports club, very modern, spacious and clean. I like large changing rooms, showers with sauna and solarium, lots of good restrooms, lots of hair dryers. The gym has panoramic windows and a lot of equipment. There are halls for functional training, group classes and a martial arts hall. Excellent ventilation in the gym, changing rooms and showers. There are scales in the locker rooms. There are several coolers, a vending machine, and a fitness bar at the entrance. Drinking water and towels are also sold at the reception. The staff is very friendly and attentive. A convenient subscriber system with a freeze function. Children's classes and a playroom for children with tutors. A large staff of personal trainers, you can choose a specialist with an approach and temperament close to you.

A modern gym with high-quality Italian exercise machines, there are a lot of them for all muscle groups, so you will definitely find something to your liking. Everything is very clean, and the changing rooms and showers are spacious. I was very pleased with the presence of a Finnish sauna, after a workout, that's the thing. There are athletic belts of different sizes in the gym. There are separate zones: crossfit, aerobics, stretching, a separate boxing gym. It is comfortable to study in the hall, split systems work. The locker room is spacious, the closets are comfortable, not small.You can hang clothes and put a gym bag there. There are a lot of cubicles in the shower . there is a shower soap in each stall. The sauna is constantly open, it is included in the subscription price. There is a solarium in the locker room. but you pay for it separately. For me, all these little things are important. the competition is great now and you are already choosing comfort for your money. I liked this club. Decent prices for a hall of this level.

We go with the whole family. Me, my wife and children (6.8 years old guys). There is a children's room. There are many programs. Yoga, Pilates, etc. There is a separate program for children from 3+ to 16 years old. There are instructors. They often hold promotions with discounts. There is a sauna in every locker room. I go to boxing, rocking and yoga. The wife does everything a little bit under the mood.
It's clean and doesn't smell like sweat. The hall is cool and not stuffy. The equipment is new. You can choose a coach for the gym and for some discipline. Managers are always smiling)

There are only 2 coolers with drinking water in the hall. There is never any water in the evening.
With a subscription price of more than 500 rubles for 3 months, guests wander from one cooler to another in search of water to no avail.
Find the desire and the means to take care of your guests.

They offered to purchase a subscriber on promotional terms. We agreed to sign a contract on a certain date. I came to sign and in the process it turns out that due to some technical problems, they cannot accept payment. And they offer to come again! The next day, due to poor health, it was not possible to come...and I was sent safely! When asked to postpone the payment to another day, it was categorically refused! Customer focus is at zero!!! I would not advise anyone to get involved...a complete disappointment!

Everything is fine with the gym, but the club positions itself as a premium and here there are questions about the details.
1. At the reception, the girl is constantly stuck on the phone, chatting with colleagues and coaches. The relationship to the client is based on the residual principle. Sometimes he doesn't even look up, and at the end of the day he doesn't always say goodbye. A man of mood.
2. The shower room is always dirty - no one washes the floor there. Faucets are cheap, loose, partially broken, the presence of shampoos is not monitored, there are not enough hooks for towels and accessories for everyone. The temperature of the water in the shower is constantly floating, if a lot of people come running, which is solved by thermoregulators, but this is not about this club - we have to suffer, right? There are no club towels even for money.
3. The locker room. There is only one shoe spoon for the entire locker room - it's a shame!
4. The door supports throughout the club are broken, as a result of which the doors to the toilet, shower, locker room, and throughout the club remain open. People are perplexed and think that someone left them open on purpose.
5. In the bathroom, one of the staff constantly disconnects the door closer, for some reason believing that an open door in front of the urinals is cool.
The club is good, but the human factor and the lack of proper management lowers the overall level to an ordinary rocking chair.

❗️❗️❗️The only request to the management is to pay attention to the cleanliness of the locker rooms. The benches and the floor are covered in dust (especially near the windows), they rarely take a locker there and you can see that it is very dirty.

Once there was a good gym, but in the last six months it has started to slide very much. Although it originally had the status of "premium".
1. The number of subscriptions is not limited in any way - as a result, due to the constant promotions organized by the sales department, an incredible number of people have been added to the hall. As a result, the hall is simply crowded. You can't do cardio because all the tracks are busy, or go to the gym because there's a queue forming. The air conditioning system cannot cope with such a load - when you make an approach, you just don't have enough air. Condensation appeared on the windows due to the constant lack of fresh air.
2. The simulators have apparently not been serviced properly for a year and a half, because they began to loosen up very much.
3. The showers over the past year and a half have been filled with black mold and plaque on all taps. Now, to be honest, it's scary to go in there. And there is also the problem of constantly missing shower gel in all the booths.
4. And it is also very "pleasing" to the eternally dissatisfied receptionist who greets you, who works the second shift. It seems to be written on her face - how dare you come here and make me take my mind off the phone to give you this bracelet. Neither hello, nor goodbye. And this behavior has been going on for a year now.
5. When you work out in the gym with dumbbells, your coaches (who work for this particular gym) just steal the dumbbells that are standing next to your bench. And they do it without saying a word. And for some reason you have to abruptly end your approach and clarify what it was all about. And no apologies are happening. It's just a joke, why do I need these dumbbells, I don't work out with four at once. I have no problem sharing a simulator or dumbbells, but only after a direct request. And not when the coaches consider themselves the gods of this hall and think that they can do whatever they want. And at the same time "joke" on other customers of this room.
6. When I was in the hospital for more than half a month and called asking if I could suspend my subscription, I was refused because I had no days left provided for in my subscription. Although in my previous halls, for such good reasons, the subscription was suspended without problems upon presentation of documents. Here, this option was refused to me.
When you come to a club-type gym and buy a subscription for a year at once, paying good money at the same time, you expect at least a normal attitude from the club staff and more or less working simulators.
And I have not yet mentioned the non-working shower for a month in the men's locker room, as well as the eternally non-working sauna, which is included in the range of paid services.
