The administrator of the workshop network consulted by phone, advised to contact the nearest workshop, having previously dialed the master there. The shoes were accepted for consultation with a specialist, later the repair master contacted me, agreed on repair options and a preliminary cost. When the boots were ready, the head of the workshop dialed and informed me that I could pick up the shoes. Bottom line: the work was done very carefully (thanks very much to the master) and I really hope that there will be no questions about the quality either.
