The repair was supposed to take a week, but a couple of days before the deadline, I received a call and was warned that they were delayed for a couple of days, and also apologized. As a result, the boots look like new — the sole is qualitatively repaired, the suede elements are perfectly stitched. The repair price is very pleasant, which was a great bonus.
