We stayed at the Mangrove tree Hotel from September 25-5. We really liked the hotel. Everything is there for living, the room was cleaned every day, bed linen and towels were changed, the room had beach and ordinary slippers, hygiene items, tea, kettle and water, there is a refrigerator. A basket of fruits was brought every other day. They gave me a cake for my birthday. I especially liked the large, well-groomed and green area, with trees, palm trees and even a farm and a pond where you can fish. The hotel also had entertainment for children. There is a gym that has a large variety of exercise equipment and sports equipment for all types of workouts. The hotel has a very large swimming pool for both children and adults. The staff is very friendly on site. There is a manager at the reception, Tatiana, who speaks excellent Russian. Tatiana helped us a lot throughout the whole vacation and always responded to all our requests. We thank Tatiana for her help in all matters. The beach is gorgeous, we always had enough sun loungers at any time of the beach holiday, the beach is well maintained, security, lifeguards, cameras are very safe and comfortable, the place for swimming is equipped. The breakfasts are very diverse, there are a lot of fruits, national Chinese and European dishes, traditional for the breakfast menu: fried eggs, fresh herbs, vegetables, meat and fish dishes. There are many unusual and authentic desserts, pastries, various soft drinks, and hot coffee. There are several restaurants on site, including Thai and Chinese cuisine, a seafood restaurant on the beach, and dinner or lunch can be ordered at all establishments. On the ground floor there are several shops where you can buy clothes, drinks and snacks for snacks, ice cream and fruits. The hotel is located in the picturesque bay of Yalong Bay, close to restaurants, markets, and places where a variety of national dishes and seafood are prepared, you can have dinner and discover new flavors of China. There are aquariums with shellfish and fish, you can choose and they will cook for you. It's quiet in the evenings. It turned out to be a great vacation, even better than we imagined. We can safely recommend the hotel. 🏨

We went to Zhenya's store. Excellent store, reasonable prices, Zhenya can speak Russian. The hotel also has shops, the prices are not much different. The staff is friendly and always ready to help, fresh fruit is brought to the room every day as a compliment. There are several points worth considering: the hotel is not new, the furniture and interior require renovation, repairs are necessary, but the hotel retains the status of 5 stars in service. During peak season, there are a lot of people on the beach and at the pools, which slightly reduces the feeling of privacy. Some tourists are very loud. The pools are shallow, which may be inconvenient for adults, but they are great for families with children. There is a small water park on site, but it wasn't working when we were there. In general, it is an excellent choice for a family holiday and a comfortable beach vacation. I give 4 out of 5 points: good comfort and service, but the hotel needs renovation.

The territory of the hotel is huge, the rooms are large, cleaning is done every day, the territory is clean. It was my daughter's birthday, and they brought her an incredibly delicious fruit cake from the hotel. Fruits are brought to the room every other day. The breakfasts are sooo varied, there is both European and Chinese cuisine. Hainan buns are just space! The only thing is the slow reception, but this little thing is covered by the advantages. The beach is big and clean. The hotel is located at a distance from the central beach for exactly one huge hotel, and believe me, it's great! Our beach is clean and only our own, and the closer to the center, the more people come to spend the evening. At the same time, we ourselves go to the center for 10 minutes, if you want by the sea, you want along a path surrounded by greenery. There are many fruit trees on the territory of the hotel, there is also a vegetable garden and a mini-farm, the children were happy to visit there.

If you can't stand it and fly away before breakfast on the last day, you will be given breakfast with you (water, rolls, egg, yogurt, fruit). Upon check-in, a deposit is charged (in dollars, euros, or yuan). We gave 500 yuan, they will be returned when you turn in the room at the eviction. 2. Almost no one in the hotel speaks English (except for basic phrases), everyone uses a translator. If you go to the city of Sanya or Dadonghai, you will definitely need an interpreter, preferably to translate both speech and text from photos. If you go shopping, everything in Yalong Bay is more expensive than in Sanya and Dalonghai, Russian tourists often buy everything in Zhenya's store. In Sanya, we went to the Mangrove Tree outlet, where Nike, adidas, H&M and other stores are located, as well as the first market. Guides do not recommend going to pineapple, because there is the main tourist store, prices are more expensive. The hotel itself also has several shops. 13. You need to go to these cities either by bus (check with the guides for rooms) with transfers or by taxi (about 40 minutes) - about 100 yuan (the guide will order for 60 yuan) 14. There are many excursions, one tour costs about 500 yuan per person. If you are looking for a quiet holiday, then we recommend this hotel. We wanted a hotel with lots of vegetation (the area is very beautiful) in a quiet location with a nice beach. We got it all! The hotel staff is very friendly and smiling, and generally all the hotel guests from China are treated well, you will not feel any hostility. My child and I used to come to the beach sometime after lunch, we always found a place for ourselves. During the 9 days of rest, the sun was only 1.5 days, it rained from morning to evening for 1 day, the rest was windy (sometimes it was very strong, and the sand on the beach was not very pleasant) and cloudy. I was very tired of breakfast, the last few days we barely had anything to eat. The food is very monotonous, we can say that it's the same every day. There's a real problem with vegetables, tomatoes and cucumbers every other day, mostly lettuce leaves, onions, carrots. A lot of Chinese food, also for an amateur, the coffee is just terrible, my husband drank, I couldn't. There are pastries, but they are bland and tasteless, as well as there is no variety. Lots of spicy dishes. In short, we are personally very tired of breakfast. The room was overlooking the garden, on the 1st floor, in the corner of the building, it was quiet and peaceful. The room has everything you need (we've already written many times, we don't want to repeat ourselves), for some reason the hairdryer didn't work from the outlet in the bathroom, or rather it worked, but quietly and at a quarter power, we had to dry our hair in the room. The sockets are all universal, even with usb on the bed. There was little light in the room, the bed didn't even have nightlights, because we were with a child in the evening, we had to turn on the light in the bathroom, because the curtains were such a good blackout, and the darkness was impenetrable. The crib was at a very high level (for babies 0-4 months old who are still lying), we also had to make sure that our daughter did not accidentally fall out when she wakes up (she has not slept with us since birth, only in her crib). I've also shut up with the food at the hotel, she's still partially mixed, but at home she doesn't eat mashed potatoes with us on the common table. We took spiders with us, all kinds of snacks like frutonian lozenges and corn for walking and the beach, you can't buy it here. But even when communicating through a translator, there are problems on the part of the Chinese. Sometimes a girl who speaks Russian works at the reception desk. As for the sea and the beach, they are in good condition, which adds positive aspects to our review. The majority of the guests are tourists from Russia and China, about equally. Unfortunately, the behavior of Chinese tourists has left a negative impression: many behave noisily, talking loudly on their mobile phones on speakerphone, ignoring others. Communication at the table is accompanied by unpleasant sounds, including the sounds of food and conversations in raised tones. Smoking guests throw cigarette butts directly on the ground, creating discomfort for other visitors. However, it is worth noting that this behavior is typical for certain categories of tourists and is not a reflection of the level of the hotel itself. Our experience of visiting neighboring hotels has shown a direct dependence of the behavior of guests on the class of the establishment: the higher the cost of accommodation, the more pleasant the manners of tourists living there. I would like to mention the pool separately: it is small and shallow, more suitable for children than for adult guests. Thus, although staying at this hotel has a number of disadvantages, mainly related to the behavior of a certain part of the guests, the infrastructure itself allows you to spend a pleasant vacation.

My first time in China. We stayed at the hotel in November, the weather was cloudy and cool, respectively, and the sea. I liked the hotel, the room was cleaned every day, there are slippers and bathrobes, delicious breakfasts, we also had dinner included, also normal. We went on an excursion to the village of Li and Miao, we didn't really like it, the Safari tour..., I'm not thrilled either. The hotel has a medical center with its own services, we went for a massage (painful for me), but I liked it, my husband additionally supplied cans and needles, they usually offer it to everyone. Fruits are more expensive compared to Thailand. In general, there is a lot to see in China, so we will definitely come back.

Some kind of lemonade, but in fact water with lemon, lemon is not felt. The coffee is disgusting. It's not delicious. The area is relatively clean, considering that we were a week after the typhoon, well done, we cleaned up. In general, the expectation of a 5* hotel was shattered by the reality of 3*. I don't recommend it.
