I chose this place for the first time, and it pleasantly surprised me) Polite and friendly girls, delicious coffee, interesting conversation, a nice and calm atmosphere, a small and cozy place where you can come back again and again. I definitely recommend visiting both alone and in companies)

We visited this institution for the first time. Our menu order was not accepted immediately, because it turned out that the button for calling the waiter did not work for us, to which the waiter girl just shrugged her shoulders, but promised to come to us more often. No attempts were made to replace or repair the button. After ordering a hookah, the bill was immediately brought to us, due to the fact that the shift was closing. Maybe that's how it should be, but I've never paid in an institution for a hookah that I haven't even tried. The hookah is average in quality, not bad, not good, just average. Tea was brought to us for a long time, relative to how tea is taken out in other establishments. They brought us 2 cups, a pot of tea, and we waited another 5-7 minutes, it seemed that they had forgotten about it. The food was carried for 20-25 minutes, and the girl said that the kitchen had confused our order and instead of caesar with shrimp, they cooked caesar with chicken. They offered to wait for a new one, or take what they gave, agreed to the chicken, because there was no desire to wait another 20 minutes. The salads and nuggets were good. The tea is normal. During an hour and a half of hookah smoking, the coals were changed 1 time. At the same time, the master carried a hookah to the next table, looked at ours and went on. Dirty dishes were cleaned for 15 minutes. We didn't get the bill for the food, so we went to the bar ourselves. They forgot to include tea in the final bill. While we were getting dressed, the waiter went to clean our table and remembered that he hadn't included tea in the bill, so they asked for extra payment. The experience of visiting this institution turned out to be interesting. It seemed that the staff was in no hurry, not at all, given that there were only 8 tables in the establishment and only 5 were occupied at the time of our arrival. Whether we will come here again, definitely not, since there are establishments in Minsk with a much higher level of service.

I was there for the first time yesterday. We came with friends to sit, celebrate a birthday, smoke a hookah and drink a couple of cocktails. No one met us at the entrance, we stood like statues for 5 minutes, and the girls behind the bar just watched. I've already started taking the initiative myself, asking where, what, where. We were asked whether we had booked or not, we said no and we were offered a choice of 2 sofas. We chose what we wanted; Hookah, cocktails, salad, we waited a VERY long time for all this, taking into account that there were not many people (Sunday after all). The music tasted and colored, of course, and was very quiet, I wanted a little sound. We had to take two hookahs, because we were told there was no other way, although one would have been more than enough, given that there were 4 of us, 2 of whom do not smoke. As it is, the institution is not bad, the prices certainly bite for us students, but nothing. 2 stars for the long wait and the staff's reaction... we won't be back for sure
