I ordered glasses, the recipe turned out to be incorrect, I had to redo it. The discount was made for a penny. I asked if you could make a bigger discount? They mumbled, like maybe your blood pressure has changed and that's why the recipe turned out to be incorrect. The customer orientation is weak. In a similar situation, we went to a meeting in another optician. I won't go here anymore and I won't advise anyone.

I do not advise anyone to communicate in this optics. I ordered my first eyeglasses from them and didn't pay attention right away, but on the second day I noticed that one lens didn't hold well in the frame and clicked when wiped. I contacted an optician about this: at first they tried to convince me that it was normal that the lens did not sit completely in the frame, but after much discussion they took them for repair (they did not issue any receipt) a few days later they called and said that the glasses could be picked up. Since I work from 9.00 to 21.00, I asked to pick up my husband's glasses, and when I got home and looked, everything remained as it was!!!! The lens still doesn't fit in the frame and clicks!!! It turns out that no one repaired them all these days, but they just lay in the optics and then they were returned to me!!! I think this is a disgusting attitude towards customers!!!!
