Which is good: - the staff is very friendly, always smiling and welcoming. It's very nice to see. - very good breakfast, lots of things, hot omelet/fried egg - great wifi) - very nice pillows and a bed, sleep comfortably. What is not very good: - noise insulation, you can hear everything from the corridor, who is walking and talking loudly. - the air conditioner/fan needs to be replaced, it makes so much noise!(( we sleep well in earplugs

A good hotel, attentive staff, room cleaning is carried out every day, the room has everything you need to stay, even an iron and ironing board) the only thing in my room was not a lamp in the hallway, but everything was quickly replaced. Buffet breakfasts, convenient location, near a beautiful square with singing fountains and within walking distance of many eating establishments and walking places.

All for the stated 4 stars. Clean, comfortable, comfortable mattress and plumbing, good breakfasts, helpful staff. The main advantage is the wonderful location, the very center, the windows are certainly not on the square, but literally two steps away, which allows you to fully enjoy walking in the evening Yerevan.

The hotel is the best of the best!!! Everything is great in it - the location, large rooms, excellent breakfasts, staff. The way the towels were cleaned and changed here - I have not seen this. Everything is fresh and clean every day. The staff is very friendly, everyone is smiling and happy to see you. For me, as a girl, there was one disadvantage - there was not enough lighting in the bathroom. It is impossible to make up)))

A good hotel, the prices are quite normal for the center. Together with the room itself, unlimited trips to the fitness room are included for free. And for a small surcharge, a mini-bar with adequate prices and good alcohol Of the disadvantages, sometimes the battery does not work, but the staff is responsive and on the first call from the hospital they will bring you a heater to your room.

Excellent hotel in the center of Yerevan. Clean and cozy rooms, good breakfast. The location is in the very center of the city, almost all interesting places can be reached on foot. I definitely recommend it!

Everything is fine in this hotel :) Despite the stardom (I don't remember how many ⭐️), it was very comfortable, and there was everything you need to stay. Clean room, comfortable bathroom, all personal hygiene products, etc. Excellent breakfast and delicious dishes from the restaurant menu. Very! the hospitable attitude of all employees of the hotel, everyone tries to make the rest take place. The location is also excellent, the view from the window did not bother at all, (to the courtyard), because the hotel's website has absolutely reliable information and photos.

If you come for a walk, and not sit in the room, then everything is OK. It's an old repair. The bathroom does not close, but simply moves with a glass partition. The catering is decent. A mini bar too. Linen is changed daily. Everything is clean

A great hotel, the staff is attentive and responds promptly to requests. The rooms are clean and tidy, well renovated, a large enough mini bar. Wi-Fi works perfectly. Convenient location of the hotel. The price-quality ratio is optimal. I did not take a photo of the hotel, I will attach a view of Mount Ararat for beauty

The hotel is located in the very center of Yerevan near the government of the country, this is an undoubted plus for the hotel. The work of the staff is worthy of all kinds of praise. Disadvantages: breakfast (buffet) does not correspond to a hotel of this class - all kinds of scrambled eggs, porridge and sausage slices as hot are somehow not enough (the pastry was of good quality and in a large assortment).

Отель превзошел лично для меня все ожидания. Во первых новый. Очень все свежее, комната большая. Мы брали три номера - стандарт и два улучшенных. Семья их 4х человек ( двое детей) и няня. Завтрак выше всяких похвал. Две недели назад были в ОАЭ в 5*, завтрак был на удивление хуже чем в этом отеле в Армении ! Каждый день выпечка , вкусные пирожные , сыры , колбасы, оливки, фрукты , каши, йогурты и все остальное . Считаю что выбор еды большой. Наедались завтраком как не странно до обеда. Два дня ужинали в ресторане отеля, еда была очень хорошая тоже. Теперь о сервисе, Сервис просто на 5 звёзд . Начало было не очень позитивным. Забронировали на букинг ком; по американской карте visa. Оплата не прошла. Очень странно. Узнали об этом на ресепшене при заселении. В ресторанах , магазине , аптеке везде в Армении карта проходила . В отеле нет. Ну очень странно. Ну слава богу вопрос решили, по счастливой случайности у нас была с собой карта мир. Оплата прошла по мир. Работники отеля очень отзывчивые. Сервис невероятный. Сумки несут в номер даже если не просили. С любым вопросом помогают , попросила найти для нас рестораны на ужин, и забронировать. Составили нам список ресторанов обзвонили и забронировали столы. Дети заболели. Температура , кашель. Пришлось через рецепшн вызывать скорую. Помогали в 4 часа утра. Доктор пришел прямо в номер. В аптеку прям за руку довели работники отеля. Спасибо за такой тёплый прием и сервис. С радостью вернёмся.

He lived in 4 different hotels in Yerevan. Yerevan Place is the best option for me. Probably only the Ramada would put on the same level of service and comfort. Good room stock, convenient location. And most importantly - delicious and varied breakfasts (there are always cheesecakes)

Everything was perfect, and the staff, the cleaning. There is one, but in my opinion a huge minus - the door to the toilet "compartment" and the plus does not close at all. That is, even if it is closed as much as possible, there are huge gaps on both sides and consider that nothing is closed. Absolutely everything is audible

Отличная гостиница! Чисто, уютно, каждый день убирались. Очень вкусные и разнообразные завтраки (я капризная). Самое главное - совершенно потрясающие люди!!! Расположена в самом центре.

Отличный отель за свои деньги. Несмотря на то что находится в самом центре Еревана, довольно комфортно по уровню шума(спать точно будете хорошо). Неплохой завтрак, да и сам ресторан при отеле хорош, много вкусных блюд и всегда свежие фрукты. Персонал был приветлив и помогал с любыми вопросами. Уборка была ежедневно, что порадовало, т.к на букинге писали о том что уборки совсем нет :)

Гостиница на отличном месте, в самом центре города. Номер чистый, обслуживание хорошее. Завтрак хороший, есть выбор. Очень вкусные круасаны! Начиталась плохих отзывов, так что была очень приятно удивлена, когда остановилась в Ереван Плейс.

Отличный отель , рекомендуем всем , персонал отеля очень вежливые , воспитание и внимательные люди , завтраки вкусные , большой выбор еды , еда в ресторане вкусная , в номерах убирают каждый день . Планируем летом ещё раз посетить Ереван обязательно остановимся в этом отеле 👌

Прекрасный 5-ти звездный отель. Приветливый персонал, которы йхорошо выполняет свою работу; большие быстрые лифты; вай фай везде; чистые номера; рукой подать до центральной площади, но не слышно всяких гуляний. Ах да, очень вкусный завтрак.

Персонал отличный, отзывчивый, очень оперативно помогают. Минус звезда за отсутствие халатов в номере (пришлось обращаться на ресепшн) и, на мой взгляд, завышенную стоимость в июле (увеличена в июле на 25% vs май) и сопоставима с ценой некоторых 5* отелей.

Очень удобное место расположения отеля, прямо в центре. Удивило, что завтрак заявлен с 07.30, но раньше чем в 08.30 на кухне никого нет и попросить чтоб сделали кашу или омлет просто некого. Приходилось с ресепшена звать представителей, чтоб хоть кого то нашли на кухне. Но на ресепшене очень отзывчивый персонал, всегда готов придти на помощь.

Отличный отель ! Все продуманно до мелочей . Работа персонала - выше всяких похвал . Завтрак : блюда на любой вкус . Много свежих овощей и фруктов . Рекомендую !

Отдыхали в этом отеле в мае 2023 года. Персонал очень вежливый и клиенто -ориентированный. Прибыли мы в отель среди ночи, нам сразу предоставили номер, а утром переселили в более комфортный, так в первом номере не раскладывался дополнительный диван, а у моего ребенка рост составлял 1,86см))). Очень вкусно кормили в ресторане отеля и завтраки были замечательные на любой вкус. Рекомендую 👍
