The specified amount is my legal property, payable in connection with the occurrence of an insured event.However, instead of making payments within the time limit set by law, 2,364.01 rubles were deducted from the specified amount for future insurance payments for 9 months. I did not give written consent to such a test.The company actually disposed of my money without my knowledge and consent. When I expressed my indignation and said that I would have to resolve the issue through the courts, the manager replied verbatim: "Please." No attempts to resolve the situation, no apologies or clarifications. It's just a cynical disregard.
