The specified amount is my legal property, payable in connection with the occurrence of an insured event.However, instead of making payments within the time limit set by law, 2,364.01 rubles were deducted from the specified amount for future insurance payments for 9 months. I did not give written consent to such a test.The company actually disposed of my money without my knowledge and consent. When I expressed my indignation and said that I would have to resolve the issue through the courts, the manager replied verbatim: "Please." No attempts to resolve the situation, no apologies or clarifications. It's just a cynical disregard.

He called, asked what to do, and was immediately driven to the office. I came to the settlement of losses: at first no one listened, they told me to wait. After 15 minutes, it turned out that I was “not waiting there.” Employee: “Why didn't you say so right away?! Then they take you to the right person — and immediately complain: “We need the original act from the SVH!” I: “I called you, they told me to come!” On the keys: “It's to the police, we have such rules.” The client is immediately to blame, he has to guess everything himself, if he doesn't guess, it's his own fault. Attempts to cultivate feelings of guilt and inferiority are set at a high level. Fortunately, upon inspection, the “damage” turned out to be nonsense, the keys were found. But the sediment remained. I doubt that they would have paid for real damages — they refused under any pretext. There is no point in such insurance and with such a service! 2 stars only for the office and online entry.
