I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the disdainful attitude of the operators of this department towards people. On 10/23/2025, I contacted department No. 62 to pick up the parcel. And I completely lost sight of the fact that my passport expired 3 days ago. The operator refused to issue the parcel with an expired passport. This can still be understood. She said that you can get a package to a close relative using his passport. By chance, my daughter happened to be nearby, and she had her passport with her. But that wasn't enough-we also needed our daughter's birth certificate, which, of course, we didn't have with us. Was this document really necessary, considering that there is a record of children in the passport? There are different situations in life. Perhaps we should be kinder and treat people like humans, and not behave like soulless robots. With such an attitude of employees, there is no desire to use the services of this department.
