I used to use the branch on Ostrovsky Street. But since it was closed, all parcels were sent to Pushkin. I received an SMS that I can pick up after 17 o'clock. But.... By the time I found the department, I had passed half of Pushkin Street. There are no signs, no signs. Until I went into a nearby store and asked where the branch was located. Moreover, they told me that they could not give the parcel because they did not have a database. The mood was completely ruined. But it didn't end there. When I arrived home, they sent me a text message that I could pick up the parcel. Of course I understand everything, but this is just a mockery of people. Then they send an SMS that you can pick up after 17 o'clock, then when you come they do not have a base. Terrible job. There is no desire to use these branches.
