I had a very unpleasant experience after visiting the pick-up point in Vitebsk, Stroiteley Ave., 1. The situation is as follows: after buying back the goods, I left the packing box in the trash can inside. An employee of the checkpoint made a very rude remark to me. I understand that there may be rules about large cardboard, but why get personal? I was told that I was "littering" and behaving like a "boor", and was sent to throw the box outside. This is a service industry, and even if a client does something wrong, it is unacceptable to insult him or raise his voice. I haven't seen such rudeness in a long time. The client should leave with a smile, not with the desire to complain to the head office. I recommend that the management check the operation of this item.

I believe that the management of Europost does not control the work of its staff.
